You will oversee private equity fund activity, manage capital calls and distributions, coordinate with administrators and banking partners, and prepare periodic statements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong technical skills: Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL; experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) highly desirable.
• 2–4 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or fund operations; exposure to private equity.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain advanced financial models and client reporting.
• Maintain and enhance forecasting tools to support cash flow planning.
• Develop automation using Power Platform to streamline daily tasks.
• Implement and improve data integration between external parties and internal systems.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple private equity funds, including capital calls and distributions.
• Manage liquidity, cash movements, and credit facilities in coordination with administrators and banking partners.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and capital account statements.
• Drive quarterly valuation processes by liaising with General Partners and preparing materials for valuation committees.
