Zusammenfassung

Randstad (Schweiz) AG seeks a Senior Investment Controller to lead NAV calculations, investor reporting, and controls for private markets in the Zurich area. You will partner with global teams and ensure high-quality financial analysis and audit coordination.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in private equity fund accounting or fund controlling, a Swiss CPA preferred, and fluent English; German and French are a plus. Hybrid work and home-office allowances are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Private Equity fund accounting, fund controlling, or fund auditing.
• Swiss CPA/CPA qualification strongly preferred.
• Strong accounting background, analytical skills, and financial analysis.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, open-minded, collaborative team-first attitude.
• Business fluent English; German and French are nice-to-have assets.

Aufgaben

• NAV & Reporting Oversight: Manage, review, and sign off on NAV calculations and investor reporting processes.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve work by team members and service providers.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise and support audit coordination across private market funds.
• Global Collaboration: Coordinate investment controlling activities with global cross-functional teams.
• Process & Controls Improvement: Review, enhance, implement, and enforce robust internal controls.
• Strategic Initiatives: Participate in strategic enhancement projects and provide technical guidance.
