Your responsibilities

1. Implement requirements as a software engineer, focusing on clean code, sustainable architecture, and robust test coverage.
2. Enhance the quality, maintainability, and extensibility of the codebase while also taking responsibility for the software's operation through DevOps practices.
3. Collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team of software and data engineers to analyse requirements, design, and technically implement new features.
4. Foster open, transparent, and clear communication as a collaborative team player, actively giving and receiving constructive feedback within and beyond Scrum ceremonies.
5. Participate in the entire process from conception to implementation and operation of solutions, including code reviews and support.
6. Utilize T-shaped skills to work deeply and broadly alongside other software and data engineers on the team.

Your skills

1. Advanced education in a technical or data-focused field (ETH/UNI/FH) or significant professional experience with .NET technologies.
2. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework, with a preference for front-end development (e.g., ASP.NET Razor components).
3. Eagerness to learn quickly and extensively, with a proactive mindset.
4. You enjoy working with others, pushing projects forward as a team, and see real value in agile practices like pair programming.
5. Solid technical understanding with the ability to grasp complex systems and derive effective solutions.
6. Bonus points if you've got experience with tools like BigQuery, Dataform, MSSQL, Tableau, SSRS, OLAP cubes, or comparable tools in the area of data management, preparation, and provision.
