Job summary

FELFEL Schweiz is seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer (100%) in Zurich to build systems impacting warehouse automation and customer-facing fridges.

You will own web apps, maintain a GraphQL API, and manage deployments while collaborating with operations, logistics, and product teams. The role emphasizes on-site work, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on problem solving with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Proven production experience in at least one typed backend language and a modern frontend framework.
• Ownership of software in production, including on-call duties and live debugging.
• Wamiliar with C#, TypeScript, Android, and Kotlin; able to dive into unfamiliar stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse and supplier web apps for inbound processing, picking, labeling and inventory.
• Develop and maintain internal back-office tool, including backend and GraphQL API.
• Manage service linking automated picking with the system for uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain the Point of Sale Android app and oversee fleet-wide releases.
• Integrate and support payments (Card, TWINT), ERP, and partner integrations.
• Participate in on-call rotation to debug live issues with operations team.
• Visit warehouse on-site to test changes and collect user feedback.
• Translate non-technical problems into shipped software solutions.
• Own production deployments with logs, alerts, and rollback plans.
• Review PRs and maintain system health through upgrades and testing.
