Job summary

FELFEL in Zurich is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (100%) to own end-to-end software for warehouse operations, POS apps, and back-office systems. You will work on inbound processing, inventory, and partner integrations while collaborating with end-users in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires production experience in a typed backend language and a modern frontend framework, with willingness to dive into Android/Kotlin and IoT-like hardware integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven production experience in at least one typed backend language and one modern frontend framework.
• Familiarity with Android/Kotlin is a plus.
• Experience with on-call duties and debugging live issues is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse and supplier web apps used daily for inbound, picking, labeling, and inventory.
• Maintain the internal back-office tool and GraphQL API for menus, deliveries, inventory, and sites.
• Manage the service connecting automated picking lanes to ensure warehouse operations.
• Maintain and update the POS Android app on hundreds of fridges and handle release processes.
• Integrate and support payment systems (Card, TWINT) and ERP integrations.
• Participate in on-call rotation to debug live issues with operations.
• Visit the warehouse on-site to test changes and gather feedback.
• Translate non-technical problems into shipped solutions and own deployments with rollback plans.
• Review pull requests and proactively maintain system health through upgrades.
