This role blends technical web development,technical SEO, and content publishing, and a working knowledge ofgraphic design to maintain and grow a high-performing, user-friendly website.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Manage integrations, plug-ins, and security updates (especially in CMS platforms like WordPress).
• Leverage advanced WordPress proficiency to build, maintain, and optimize high-converting landing pages, blogs, and sales funnels. Ensure site performance is aligned with SEO best practices and marketing goals.

Technical SEO & Content Support

• Collaborate with content writers or create basic SEO-friendly content and publish blog posts or pages within the CMS.
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics; address indexing, crawl issues, and other SEO errors.

Graphic Design & Visual Content Development

• Support branding efforts by optimizing or implementing visual elements across the website.
• Utilize graphic design skills and experience to create visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, website pages, social media content, and online ads. Maintain consistent branding and high design standards across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers or use basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe XD, or Photoshop) to ensure brand consistency and clean UI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and web strategy/web development - (legal or professional services sector a plus).
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools such as SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong grasp of social media trends and best practices across video and short-form content platforms.
