ETH Zurich's LOOP Zurich Biomedical Informatics Platform (LOOP BMIP) invites a talented Full-Stack Software/Data Engineer to design and implement data-centric software solutions. You will work on secure, distributed components to enable researchers to access clinical data and support collaboration with partner institutions.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing end-to-end solutions using Postgres, Django REST Framework and Vue.js, building data pipelines, and ensuring automation and

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data-centric full-stack software solutions
• Experience in developing web applications using Django REST Framework, Vue.js or similar
• Experience in working with Linux/Unix operating systems and writing scripts (e.g. bash, python)
• In-depth knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or similar
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Mansioni

• Plan, design and implement data-centric full-stack software solutions from database modeling to API structuring to user interface design and implementation, primarily using Postgres, Django REST Framework and Vue.js
• Develop data pipelines to extract, transform, store, and make data available and interoperable
• Manage and maintain your solutions on secure platforms with a high level of automation
• Manage your projects independently and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional projectteams to understand data requirements and provide guidance on data structure, availability and usage
