Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead for our Frontend Platform. You will own the NX monorepo, shared libraries, and design system components, while guiding architectural choices and building a high-performing team.

You’ll collaborate with product teams, mentor engineers, and drive platform initiatives across multiple applications. Ideal candidates bring strong React architecture experience, leadership skills, and a track record in observability, performance and secure development

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and scaling frontend architecture in React (NX monorepo a plus).
• Experience leading a team and delivering as a group.
• Strong focus on frontend observability, performance and secure development practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Frontend Platform team: set direction, roadmap and day-to-day delivery (balance long-term platform investments with immediate team needs).
• Own frontend architecture end-to-end across the NX monorepo, apps and libraries, ensuring coherence as scale grows.
• Treat the platform as a product: gather team feedback and manage versioning/release of shared libraries.
