Zusammenfassung

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead frontend architecture across our Real Estate portals. You’ll shape architecture, create shared frontend libraries, and mentor engineers while contributing substantial code.

In this role, you’ll align frontend strategy with business outcomes, drive performance, accessibility and reliability, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams across Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience with Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading complex frontend initiatives across teams.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and driving architectural decisions.
• Strong in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend testing.

Aufgaben

• Set technical direction for frontend across multiple teams and align with product, design and leadership.
• Drive roadmaps, investments, and priorities connecting frontend strategy to business outcomes.
• Design and evolve shared frontend libraries and tooling used by internal teams.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-team frontend initiatives such as design systems and performance improvements.
• Own end-to-end technical vision for key user journeys with focus on performance and accessibility.
