enshift AG in Switzerland is offering a Business Development & Marketing Intern role, designed to give hands-on experience across sales, business development, and marketing with a focus on the French-speaking market.

You will support the Sales team, conduct market research for the French-speaking region, prepare client materials, and help create French content for LinkedIn and newsletters while learning about renewable energy projects.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Native French; German is an advantage.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, real estate and renewable energy.
• Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues.

To support our growing team, we are looking for a motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain practical experience across sales, business development, and marketing, with a particular focus on the French-speaking market.

Tasks

• Support the Sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients and business partners
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, particularly for the French-speaking marketHelp prepare client presentations, proposals, and sales materials
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, contact information, and CRM dataSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Create and coordinate French-language content for LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, and other communication channels
• Analyse campaign and sales results and prepare short performance reportsCollaborate with different teams on commercial and strategic projects

Requirements
