Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for cloud-based environments to French-speaking enterprise clients.
• Troubleshoot complex IT queries to ensure smooth digital workspace performance.
• Understand cloud migration, storage, and collaboration tools within the IT industry.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to stay ahead of cloud technology trends.
