Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking customer support agent to handle inquiries by phone, email and chat from a fully remote role in Greece. You will be the first contact for French-speaking customers, resolve questions, and record interactions in internal systems.

Requirements include fluent French (C1+) and good English (B2+), EU work authorization, and the ability to work independently from home.

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone, email and/or chat. Day to day, you will:

• Represent the brand positively and ensure customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For
