Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a life sciences, engineering, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in Digital Technology/IT within biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience with clinical development, R&D or GxP-regulated domains.
• Proven track record leading large technology portfolios and transformation programs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global organization.
• Strong people leadership for global teams.

Aufgaben

• Define the technology vision and multi-year roadmap for Development in alignment with R&D and clinical strategy.
• Act as the strategic interface between DT and Development leadership, aligning priorities and outcomes.
• Govern the portfolio of Development technology initiatives from ideation to value realization.
• Lead the delivery of a coherent digital ecosystem for clinical trials, data platforms, and Development operations.
• Translate complex scientific needs into scalable solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Development processes via digital capabilities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Development, Data, Regulatory, Quality, and external partners.
• Lead complex programs in a global, matrixed environment with strong governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing global DT development team.
