Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in the Zug region seeks a skilled FP&A professional to consolidate data, build real-time dashboards, and deliver insightful commentary for regional and global reporting.

You will prepare local reports, support affiliate P&L, and perform ad-hoc analyses to drive accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making. Strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years FP&A and/or Commercial Finance experience in pharma/medical devices.
• Experience in a matrix, multi-country environment and strong Excel skills.
• Proficient English; SAP and Power BI experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate input from stakeholders and load data into financial systems.
• Prepare local financial reports for Region South, Europe Area and Global.
• Develop dashboards to deliver real-time data and variance commentary to management.
• Provide expense analysis and support Affiliate P&L preparation.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses and participate in improvement projects for reporting and processes.
