Job summary

DWDG is seeking ambitious professionals to join its Founding Partners Program as freelance partners, launching their own consulting offices with DWDG’s backing. You will build a client pipeline in mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, and decarbonisation.

Year 1 offers variable salary with revenue target of €500K and learning from senior experts; Year 2 moves you to a full-time Partner role with potential equity up to 30% and leadership of a local subsidiary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) and 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development; proven client-convincing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase 1 as freelance partner with target revenue of €500K in Year 1.
• Build and grow your client pipeline across focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonisation).
• Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with support from DWDG’s senior experts and staff.
• Phase 2: become full-time Partner and head of your subsidiary in your city with up to 30% equity options.
• Coordinate with Paris team for admin, HR, and communications support.

We bring together consultants from top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and former senior operational executives from major corporations (Valeo, Renault, EDF, Stellantis, Orano) to support executive committees on their strategic and operational challenges across four sectors : energy transition, mobility, sustainable construction and circular economy.

About the role

The Founding Partners Program (dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/) is an opportunity for you to launch and grow your own consulting office while being supported by DWDG’s name and track record, expert network, consulting team, processes and tools.

1. Phase 1 (Year 1) - Part-time Freelance Partner

• Join an international cohort of 5–10 Founding Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities.
• Build and grow your own client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization.
• Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDG’s senior experts and consulting staff.
• Target €500K revenue in Year 1 to demonstrate traction.

2. Phase 2 (Year 2 and onwards) - Full-time Partner of DWDG

• Officially become full-time Partner of DWDG and head of your DWDG subsidiary in your city.
• Receive up to 30% equity options when the subsidiary is established in your city.
• Reach long-term upside with potential valuation up to €1M.

Profile

We are looking for candidates currently in freelance, with:

• Minimum 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) and 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, with proven ability to convince clients and build teams.
• Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonation) is a strong plus.
• At least 5 years living in one of our target cities (London, Milan, New York, Shanghai, Nairobi, Dubai, etc.) with a strong local network.
• Entrepreneurial and aligned with DWDG's values and philosophy.
• Ready to start immediately (full-time not required).
