XRH SA – Exclusive Real Estate & Hospitality is seeking a senior member for Private Clients to originate and build a community of UHNW families. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to craft a private-client franchise, spanning relationships with banks, family offices and advisers, and guiding families through ownership journeys.

You should bring a deep network among UHNW families, credibility to engage principals as equals, and a strong sense of hospitality and discretion.

Qualifikationen

• Strong and current network among UHNW families and advisers across Europe, US or Middle East.
• Ability to originate new relationships or transactions, not just manage an existing client book.
• Credibility and judgement to engage UHNW principals as equals.
• Genuine understanding of exceptional hospitality and high-value assets.
• Discipline for long, relationship-led sales cycles.

Aufgaben

• Build channels to reach UHNW families through private banks, family offices, wealth advisers, lawyers, fiduciaries and ultra-prime real estate advisers.
• Develop senior gatekeepers into trusted, recurring introducers.
• Build direct relationships with families and principals via your network, referrals and curated gatherings.
• Understand each family’s lifestyle, ownership and investment preferences to identify opportunities.
• Present XRH’s co-ownership and private acquisition opportunities with credibility and clarity.
• Prepare tailored proposals and financial overviews and lead conversations from introduction to commitment.
• Collaborate with the Founder to compose compatible groups of families around residences.
• Guide families from first conversation to ownership and build lasting relationships with committed families and their networks.
• Own the private-client pipeline, priorities and weekly reporting with complete discretion.
