Requirements

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to build something from the ground up! This is a product-first role where you’ll be a core contributor shaping the architecture, codebase, and culture of a new AI platform. From frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure, you’ll own end-to-end development and bring our product vision to life.

You’ll work closely with product, ML, and design teams to create scalable, intuitive, and reliable software that solves real user problems. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love turning ideas into real products, we want to hear from you.

Your day-to-day could look like these :

• Design and build full-stack features that directly impact users, from backend logic to frontend experience.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using modern DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps).
• Write scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Design, implement and document RESTful APIs with FastAPI and data integrations with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, software and ML engineers to continuously iterate on the product.
• Build reusable components, design systems, and performant user interfaces.
• Own the CI / CD pipelines and contribute to the reliability of deployments and infrastructure.
• Help define the technical roadmap, make architectural decisions, and contribute to overall product strategy.
• Promote engineering best practices, clean code, and a user-first mindset.

What We’re Looking For

In order to apply, this should be part of your background :

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications in a product or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Python, ReactJS, TypeScript, and strong grasp of unit testing and debugging practices.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD, GitOps)
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).
• Ability to navigate and manage the full software lifecycle, from idea to production.
• Familiarity with front-end libraries like Material UI and with HTML / CSS / JS fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of secure backend / frontend communication, APIs, and modern authentication flows.
• Comfortable with agile methodologies, working cross-functionally, and prioritizing features based on user feedback.
• Experience with interfacing with large language models (LLMs) and their ecosystem.
• Experience with Unix / Linux systems, version control, and AI-based developer tooling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a bias for action and ownership.
