Qualifikationen

• Enterprise software delivery experience using coding agents across the lifecycle.
• Strong platform engineering with reusable workflows and context management for agents.
• Experience building tool integrations with permissions, secrets and data security.
• Fluent German with ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Aufgaben

• Design and operate the platform for AI coding agents across the SDLC.
• Build integrations with internal tools using MCP or comparable tech with access controls.
• Establish evaluation methods for output quality, reliability and operating costs.
• Implement secure execution environments, approvals, auditability, and integrate with workflows.
