Job summary

Adaptyv Bio is building an automated wet lab where AI agents design experiments and scale operations. We are hiring a Founders Associate to own the operational backbone as we scale, moving from messy drafts to scalable, automated processes.

The role spans finance, onboarding, supplier relations, and lab logistics, with a strong focus on building systems that scale. You will operate in a high-ownership, ambiguous environment, using Claude Code, Python, Notion, and other tools to ship first-class

Qualifications

• Track record of getting things done in startup, side project, or studies.
• Exceptional ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong with AI tools, especially Claude Code or Codex.
• Hands-on, organized, reliable, and able to juggle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own complete operational workstreams end-to-end and be accountable for outcomes.
• Use AI tools to rebuild workflows and turn them into scalable systems.
• Own customer onboarding and help grow the customer base as the company scales.
• Run finance and administrative operations; work with accountants and service providers.
• Manage supplier and service-provider relationships; negotiate and follow through.
• Drive lab expansion logistics for the Lausanne lab.
