Zusammenfassung

INC (Iudex Non Calculat) is a pre-seed AI startup in Zurich building the commercial engine from scratch. You will work directly with the founder across business development, operations, and company-building in a fast-paced setting.

This 3–6 month internship offers hands-on ownership from day one, with duties in outreach, content, recruiting, and market research, plus a path to a possible permanent role with equity. On-site in Zurich; 70%+ work possible; salary CHF 2.5k–4k per month.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or currently pursuing one.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
• Sales and communication skills to engage senior insurance executives.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and acts without prompting.
• Swiss work permit required.
• German and English proficiency; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify and build relationships with legal insurance companies in Switzerland and Germany.
• Support founder branding on LinkedIn, content calendars, and speaking opportunities.
• Own landing page messaging and public materials based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate user interviews and synthesize insights for product-market fit.
• Support recruiting: first-round interviews and pipeline management.
• Represent the company at insurance and insurtech events in Europe.
• Track market/regulatory developments and assist with investor updates.
• Help set up internal processes and scale operations.
