Urban Connect is seeking a Founder's Associate to work closely with the founders and management on a broad range of commercial, product, and internal topics. You will sit near decision-makers, contribute your own thinking, and own the work you take on as the company grows.

In this internship role, you'll support the sales process, build compelling pitches, run product demos, shape demand generation, and analyze data to back strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, economics, marketing, or AI/ML with business track.
• Business-fluent German and English; French and/or Italian a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with data and numbers; enjoy digging into details.
• Willing to take ownership and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to pitch in wherever needed; no task beneath you.
• Comfortable with a wide and shifting range of responsibilities.
• Interest in AI and tech; proactive about new ways of working.

Aufgaben

• Sales support across the entire sales process and pipeline management.
• Build pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials for clients and internal use.
• Demonstrate our solutions through product demos.
• Shape demand generation through campaigns, events, and discovery meetings.
• Analyze data and build business cases to back decisions.
• Improve internal processes and reduce manual work.
• Use AI tools to speed up established processes and adopt them across the team.
• Keep CRM accurate, current, and truly useful.
