Aufgaben

• Act as central contact between shareholders, investors, the board, founders and employees.
• Coordinate communication and information flow among stakeholders.
• Support board and shareholder meetings: invites, agendas, documentation, follow-ups.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support founders' operations.
• Coordinate hiring process: postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain calendars and organize internal/external meetings and events.
• Act as a communication bridge between management and employees.
