Chanel's Fragrance and Beauty division in Geneva seeks a Forecast Intern to support sales forecasting and supply chain decisions across markets, including Switzerland. You will help define forecasts, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site internship begins March 2027 for six months and must be part of an academic program. Fluency in French and English is expected; Power BI and Excel are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; internship must be academically credited.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Interest in Fragrance & Beauty and luxury environment.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication in a multicultural context.

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation of sales forecasts for product launches, novelties, and permanent products across markets.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Assist local markets in building robust forecasts by analyzing stocks, orders and sell-through.
• Participate in the monthly demand planning cycle by reviewing forecasts and adjusting trends.
• Analyze campaign and sell-in performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to allocation decisions in line with regional priorities and constraints.
• Load forecast quantities in forecasting systems and ensure data quality and campaign compliance.
• Support meetings (S&OP, business reviews) and ad hoc analyses.
