Zusammenfassung

CHANEL in Geneva seeks a Fashion Learning & Style Expertise Intern to support learning and styling initiatives across Swiss markets. You will translate and adapt content for local needs in French and English, develop training materials, and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

The internship offers exposure to CHANEL style and Ready-to-Wear collections, with analytics, content creation, and project management responsibilities in a dynamic luxury

Qualifikationen

• Currently completing a higher-education degree in Fashion, Communication, Business, Learning or a related field.
• Mandatory internship agreement is required: the internship must be part of the candidate's academic programme and validated by academic credits.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Collaborative, open-minded and eager to learn in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Strong written communication skills and a keen eye for designer aesthetics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in a corporate and/or luxury environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end planning and delivery of learning and styling activities, including in-person training sessions, seminars and Style Expertise workshops in Geneva and Zurich.
• Coordinate practical training logistics, including planning, participant communications, agendas, training materials, catering and on-the-day support.
• Consolidate post-training feedback, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and monitor learner content retention.
• Create clear, engaging and visually refined presentations, training tools and internal communications.
• Support the diffusion of learning and Style Expertise communications to regional markets.
• Track, consolidate and report learning and Style Expertise KPIs across the region, including e-learning performance and workshops.
