We seek a highly skilled professional to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of regulatory reporting required for tax authorities.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have strong operations knowledge and tax expertise, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess fluency in spoken and written French and English, with German being a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reporting required for tax authorities.
  • Monitor, collect, and reconcile K1,1042-S forms and ensure quality assurance of FATCA / CRS, Swiss Stamp Tax, and Withholding Payable Taxes reports.
  • Coordinate with outsourced teams and the front office for tax reclaim processes.

Requirements :

  • Strong operations knowledge and tax expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English, German a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer software including Avaloq, EasyTax, FiTax, and MS Office.
