Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities within the Controlling Team

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR and IFRS standards
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT declarations and other regulatory filings
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations

Business & Financial Controlling:

  • Conduct detailed revenue and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for seniorleadership
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Treasury & Procurement Controlling:

  • Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requests in coordination with group treasury
  • Oversee procurement processes, including Purchase Order accruals and Coupa system support
  • Ensure alignment of procurement activities with financial planning and reporting

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
  • Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions
  • Analyze deviations between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations

Process Optimization & Digitalization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance and administrative processes
  • Support the implementation of digital tools and best practices across the finance function
  • Ensure continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, speed, and transparency

Project Leadership & Integration

  • Lead finance-related integration projects within the Swiss shared service organization
  • Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
  • Support change management and training initiatives during system or process rollout
Qualifications

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting or controlling

• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting and IFRS

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), Cognos Controller, Coupa is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
