Description

• In this position, you are a key player for the Finance Team and report directly to the segment Finance VP.
• You are responsible for various topics in financial controlling and planning.
• You consolidate month-end closings and create detailed forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure accuracy in all reported data from the various companies, from a timing and quality perspective.
• Perform balance sheet reviews.
• Work closely to support the integration and merger of newly acquired companies into the group.
• Plan and execute mergers.
• Coordinate various compliance activities (export control, anti-bribery, and antitrust).
• Follow-up and support improvements based on internal audit reports.

Profile

• Bachelor or Master in Finance / Accounting or a comparable education.
• Extensive experience in an international auditing firm or in a similar role at a large international company.
• Very good knowledge of group closing processes and an in-depth understanding of entity to consolidated reporting.
• HFM experience is an advantage.
