Job summary

Flex is seeking a Financial Analyst & Junior Controller (a) to support the Head of Finance with preparation of financial statements, analyses, budgets and forecasts in line with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Ideally located near Hägglingen/AG, Switzerland.

The role involves monthly, quarterly and annual reports, cost accounting and KPI reporting, and active involvement in 3+ year planning.

Qualifications

• Preparation of financial statements, analyses, budgets and forecasts in line with policies and regulations.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Fluent German and English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reports to Head of Finance.
• Support cost accounting and cost centre reporting with Global Business Services.
• Assist in budget and 3+ year planning activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather financial data and KPIs.
• Act as deputy within the department.
