Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements within the FAAS / Finance Optimization practice in Basel, Zurich or Geneva. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, own workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

In this role you will drive digital finance transformation, ERP/EPM programmes, finance data & analytics workstreams, and contribute to business development while guiding junior professionals and enhancing client value across finance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation.
Experience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and ensure high-quality client delivery.
A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
Fluency in English/German; French a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across digital finance transformation programmes.
Take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs.
Design and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders.
Drive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
Collaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients.
Lead business development and proposal activities.
Contribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies.
