Job summary

Roche is seeking a finance leader for the Center of Accounting Practices (CAP) in Switzerland. You will manage core finance processes across entities, thrive in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the finance transformation with a collaborative mindset.

You hold a finance degree with IFRS and Swiss statutory knowledge, and bring 5+ years of experience. Excellent German and English communication is essential as you partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Finance degree with IFRS and Swiss statutory knowledge.
Solid understanding of finance processes and SAP FI/CO.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong collaboration.
Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and initiative.
Ability to think end-to-end and deliver compliant financials.
Passion for transformation and driving changes across the network.
Commitment to personal and team development, fostering learning.
Excellent communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

Variable accounting tasks aligned with team and operational needs.
Assist in the monthly group reporting for Roche companies.
Statutory reporting in accordance with Swiss code of obligation.
Tax calculations for local affiliates (incl. OECD minimum tax).
Business partnering activities in dedicated areas.
Support accounting-related projects.
Collaborate with Roche’s shared service centers to ensure seamless finance processes.
Lead ICFR processes and testing as Subject Matter Expert.
