Job summary

Roche is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the Center of Accounting Practices in Basel. You will manage core finance processes and contribute to a dynamic, evolving environment with a strong financial backbone.

You will guide others with initiative and leadership, across diverse business models, driving ongoing finance transformation and cross-functional collaboration within Roche’s network.

Qualifications

• Finance degree with IFRS and Swiss statutory knowledge.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and SAP FI/CO.
• Independent and collaborative with strong influencing skills.
• Open to feedback and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Variable accounting tasks aligned with team and operational needs.
• Assist in monthly group reporting for Roche companies.
• Statutory reporting per Swiss Code of Obligation.
• Tax calculations for local affiliates incl. OECD minimum tax.
• Business partnering activities in dedicated areas.
• Support finance-related projects across the network.
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centers to ensure clear ownership.
• Lead ICFR processes and act as Subject Matter Expert.
