Meteomatics is hiring an FP&A Manager to build the finance engine behind its growth. You will own planning, forecasting and performance insight, and redesign processes to be automated, AI-assisted and decision-ready.

You report to the CFO and work with leadership and the board, shaping the finance function and partnering across functions. English is essential; German is a plus, in a fast-moving, global environment.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
3-5 years in FP&A, controlling, or finance consulting.
Strong modelling skills with planning tools and ERP/CRM data.
Demonstrated AI-first habits: use of LLMs and automation.
Solid grasp of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR and churn.
Excellent English; German is a plus.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

Own planning, budgeting, rolling forecast and scenario planning across data and business segments.
Build an AI-first FP&A stack with automated data pipelines and workflows.
Turn data into decisions with clear insight and recommendations.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product and Operations to challenge assumptions.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with self-serve capabilities.
Build business cases and models for investments, pricing, and new markets.
Support fundraising and lender conversations with KPI data.
Raise the bar for data quality, documentation and controls.
