Job summary

Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, is expanding its team for Processes, Digitalisation & Data in Operations & Supply Chain. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT and Controlling to translate business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions that lift efficiency, transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in process management, business analysis or operational excellence, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements across multiple functions.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Operations & Supply Chain processes.
• Strong skills in process analysis, modelling and documentation; familiarity with SCOR is an advantage.
• Good understanding of data models and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI; knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Conceptual mindset with ability to challenge existing ways of working and turn ideas into tangible results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in an international organisation, across multiple sites, and familiarity with SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, are a plus.
