Zusammenfassung

Future Kitchens is seeking a hands-on Finance Lead to own the complete accounting function for our Swiss entity. You will manage AP/AR, reconciliations, VAT filings, and month-end closes, while building automated processes for partner restaurants.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Growth and Operations, delivering dashboards and timely financial statements for management, the board, and investors.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or finance education (Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen)
• 3+ years hands-on accounting experience in Switzerland
• Strong OR, VAT, and payroll knowledge
• Automate before you delegate; build workflows once
• Experience with Bexio/Abacus and integrations

Aufgaben

• Own full accounting for Future Kitchens AG (AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
• Prepare weekly partner payouts for 55+ restaurants
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Build real-time dashboards for revenue, margins, payouts
• Develop automated accounting service for partners (payout reconciliation, revenue reporting)
• Run monthly payroll for internal staff
