Job summary

ETH Space at ETH Zurich seeks a Finance & Controlling and Office Management professional for a fixed-term role of two years, based in Zurich. You will ensure smooth financial processes, support leadership on organizational matters, and act as the hub between internal and external stakeholders for finance-related activities.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, SAP proficiency, and strong MS Office skills, with fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or administrative vocational training and accounting/controlling training an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience; academic setting a plus.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is essential.
• Strong German and English language skills; French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance & Internal Controlling and Office Management for ETH Space.
• Handle budgets, rolling forecasts, and project finances.
• Oversee procurement, invoicing, expense claims, and project billing via SAP.
• Provide internal and external stakeholder support on finance matters.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and office operations.
