We are searching for an experienced Finance Controller at our MSC Geneva facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented controller to join the Group Controlling department, which supports MSC Cargo across specific countries.

The objective of the position is to develop partnerships for business and finance activities. In addition to standard financial controlling activities, the role involves deep dive analysis and strong department collaboration to influence strategy and decision-making.

As part of a team, you will interact with colleagues in an international environment and participate in a finance transformation process to enhance management information in Finance.

The department's responsibilities include controlling and overseeing financial information and operational costs generated worldwide. The goal is to provide financial insight and transparency to support operational and commercial decision-making.

Your Impact

As Finance Controller, you will:

• Analyze and identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities
• Assist the Regional CFO with daily management of assigned countries and organize country visits
• Review Forex exposure
• Lead adhoc global analysis in collaboration with regional teams

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, audits, controlling, financial planning, or analysis
• Shipping or logistics experience is mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial and analytical tools
• Knowledge of SAP
