Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and basic data handling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP) is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organize work effectively.

Aufgaben

• Assist in supporting financial compliance activities by compiling, organizing, and analyzing information related to financial policies and internal controls.
• Support ERP and business process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing activities.
• Assist with AI and digital transformation initiatives through research and data analysis.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions across offices.
• Perform other duties as required.
