IOM - UN Migration in Geneva is seeking an Intern in the Financial Compliance Support Unit to gain hands-on experience in financial policies, IPSAS, and ERP-related tasks.

The role offers exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, intelligent automation tools, and collaboration across Headquarters and field offices. Applicants should be enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP) and finance/audit data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; time management and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Assist in supporting financial compliance activities and knowledge of IPSAS under supervision.
• Participate in coordinating activities across HQ, regional and country offices.
• Contribute to process documentation and guidance materials for ERP systems.
• Support AI/digital transformation initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
