The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Swiss OR and tax compliance. Enjoy a dynamic, international setting with cross-border exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss Fachmann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
• Experience in financial reporting through monthly/quarterly/annual closings.
• Experience in a Swiss SME/KMU environment (50–150 employees).
• Understanding of internal controls and Swiss tax/compliance.
• Independent ownership of topics from end to end.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities in Switzerland for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and statutory/statistical statements.
• Ensure Swiss OR compliance and tax requirements are met.
• Develop and manage the Swiss accounting team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate external audits, liaise with auditors/tax advisors/authorities.
• Support group consolidation, intercompany accounting, and cross-border finance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and working capital management.
• Support ERP/reporting enhancements, esp. SAP ByDesign.
• Oversee cross-border tax matters and customs/trade compliance.
