Richemont invites you to join its Finance Accelerator Program, a unique 24-month journey designed to build 360-degree finance skills. You will rotate through Group FP&A, Group Accounting, Tax, and Treasury, gaining hands-on exposure at a Maison and a Region while collaborating with senior management.

Fluency in more than one language (including English) and a passion for data analysis will help you excel in this fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in finance, controlling, economics or related fields.
• Two to three years of post-master professional experience in finance.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate daily with global colleagues on regular reporting, rolling forecasts, budgets and key analyses.
• Gain exposure to and hands-on experience with the key financial processes in global consolidation and external reporting under stock exchange requirements.
• Immerse yourself in treasury processes, including client-facing and internal monitoring, risk & opportunity management.
• Experience day-to-day finance life in a Maison focused on product innovation and client service.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Group’s operating model and tax compliance.

BACKGROUND

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

The scope of this program will cover the following:

• Collaborating daily with global colleagues on regular reporting, rolling forecasts, budgets, analysis of key business drivers and ad hoc value creation projects
• Exposure to and “learning by doing” the key financial processes involved in the global consolidation and external reporting under Stock Exchange requirements of our multi-division and multi-product Group
• Immersing yourself in understanding the treasury processes, both client-facing and internal monitoring as well as risk & opportunity management
• “Hands-on” practical experience of day-to-day finance life in one of our Maisons, whose focus is on product innovation and quality as well as excellence in client service
• Deep understanding of the Group’s operating model and the importance of tax compliance
