Job summary

Richemont Europe seeks a Regional Finance Project Manager in Switzerland (Genève/Meyrin) on a fixed-term contract from 2026-12-01 to 2027-11-30. You will lead strategic finance projects, drive digitalization and automation, and strengthen the European finance community.

You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, migrate reporting from Power BI to Looker, build semantic models, and ensure high data quality while engaging key stakeholders across Finance IT and regional teams.

• Fluency in English; French is an advantage

CONTEXT

The Regional Finance Project Manager is a pivotal role within Richemont Europe's Finance team, reporting to the Regional Senior FP&A Manager. This position is responsible for leading strategic finance projects, driving the digitalization and automation of financial processes, and fostering community engagement across Richemont Europe. The role demands a blend of project leadership, technical expertise in data product development, and strong stakeholder management. This is a fixed-term contract starting from December 1st, 2026 to November 30th, 2027. SCOPE: Richemont Europe, including RLGE Swiss Branch Legal Entity

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

1- Strategic Finance Project leadership (60%)

• Lead and coordinate critical finance projects across the European region, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Group initiatives
• Drive special projects and initiatives, providing consistent updates and insights to diverse stakeholders
• Facilitate seamless communication channels with internal and external partners
• Direct Finance Operations projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

2- Lead Finance automation (25%)

• Champion the strategic transition of financial reporting and analytics, specifically leading the end-to-end migration from Power BI to Looker
• Develop robust Looker semantic models to deliver scalable, reliable, and governed financial dashboards, ensuring successful adoption and decommissioning of legacy systems
• Translate complex financial business needs into clear data product requirements, ensuring comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous enhancement of automated solutionsEnsure continuous enhancement of Finance automation post migration
• Optimize financial processes through standardization and automation to improve data product efficiency

3- Community Engagement & Strategic Support (15%)

• Foster an effective and engaged European finance community through proactive communication and animation
• Support the Regional Senior FP&A Manager in developing a Global FP&A Community of Experts (COE), aligning with Group Finance Process & Data strategies
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Proven Expertise: 5 years of experience in analytics/BI engineering, with substantial experience within a Finance context
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial business needs into technical data product requirements, semantic definitions, validation criteria, and adoption strategies
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, time-sensitive transformation initiatives and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Finance, IT, and regional teams within a matrix organization
• Mindset: Results-oriented, structured, reliable, with a strong emphasis on data quality and clear communication
• Language : Fluent in English, French is an advantage
