HG COMMERCIALE (HGC) invites an experienced Field Sales Representative to manage the Graubünden region, focusing on Engadin, and to sell drywall and plastering solutions. You will maintain and expand customer relationships, visiting customers regularly while contributing to project opportunities.

The role requires years of construction trades experience (plasterer/drywaller or bricklayer) and field or technical sales experience; fluency in German and Italian is essential, with a strong service

• Responsible for the comprehensive care and development of the Graubünden sales area with Engadin focus.

• Regular customer visits and market presence in Engadin three days a week.
• Monitor and process planned construction projects in the sales area.
• Provide expert advice to customers in drywall, plastering as well as civil and structural engineering.
• Proactively present and develop suitable sales solutions.

• Collaborate closely with an experienced internal sales team.

• Ideally experience in field sales or technical sales
• Existing network in the construction or secondary construction industry
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Independent, motivated and goal-oriented working style
• Confident and convincing manner with strong communication skills
• Good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Fluent German and Italian skills, both spoken and written
• Residence in Graubünden or strong regional ties advantageous
