HG COMMERCIALE (HGC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Construction & Drywall in the Engadin region, with a focus on Graubünden and Chur. The role covers account development, servicing existing customers, and proactive new business pursuit across the construction trades.

The ideal candidate brings several years in field or technical sales within construction, strong client orientation, and a robust network in the industry.

Aufgaben

• Develop and expand the Graubünden/Engadin sales area with emphasis on Engadin.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
• Schedule regular customer visits and maintain market presence three days a week.
• Monitor and manage planned construction projects in the sales area.
• Advise customers on drywall, plastering, civil and structural aspects.
• Present and develop tailored sales solutions for clients.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers and coordinate with internal sales.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced internal sales team.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsible for the comprehensive care and further development of the sales area of Graubünden with a focus on Engadin
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active new customer acquisition
• Regular customer visits and market presence in Engadin three days a week
• Monitoring and processing of planned construction projects in the sales area
• Expert advice to customers in drywall, plastering as well as civil and structural engineering
• Proactive presentation and development of suitable sales solutions
• Building a trusting and long-term customer partnership
• Close cooperation with an experienced and supportive internal sales team

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in main or secondary construction trades, preferably as a plasterer/drywaller or bricklayer
• Ideally experience in field sales or technical sales
• Existing network in the construction or secondary construction industry
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Independent, motivated and goal-oriented working style
• Confident and convincing manner with strong communication skills
• Good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Fluent German and Italian skills, both spoken and written
• Residence in Graubünden or strong regional ties advantageous
