Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Reconstruction in the Ticino area. You will engage orthopaedic surgeons, OR managers and staff, driving adoption of state-of-the-art products and leading field-based sales activities across hospitals and clinics.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, customer focus and excellent negotiation skills, with travel across the region and collaboration with the sales team to meet targets.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience in the medical device sector.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory), English proficiency; German knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in orthopaedics and joint reconstruction.
• Plan and organize field service activities.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, OR staff, buyers and decision-makers.
• Strengthen product lines and introduce innovations.
• Drive adoption of VELYS Robotics and enabling tech through engagement and support.
• Organize and deliver training events for medical professionals.
• Achieve general and specific sales targets in market penetration.
• Develop and implement sales plans with the sales manager.
• Represent the business unit at congresses.
