Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics team seeks a Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics (50% Joint Reconstruction / 50% Sports Medicine) for the Ticino area. You will bridge clinical practice and sales, supporting surgeons with product demonstrations and education.

Fluent Italian is mandatory, English proficiency required, and several years’ experience in medical environments. Travel within the region is expected; MS Office skills are essential as is a customer‑focused mindset.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Advising your clients before, during and after procedures in the orthopaedics clinic (joint reconstruction & sports medicine).

Qualifications / Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (mandatory), proficiency in English needed.
• Sound MS Office skills.

Preferred

• Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) not a must but an advantage.
• German knowledge.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
