Zusammenfassung

Servier in Switzerland is seeking a Field Medical Advisor Solid Tumors to act as a strategic scientific partner in oncology, with emphasis on ocular oncology. Reporting to the Medical Lead Oncology & Hematology, you will strengthen Servier's scientific presence, build trusted partnerships, and support future indications and therapeutic areas.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in a health-related scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 2–3 years of Oncology experience; melanoma and/or ocular oncology is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of the Swiss healthcare environment, regulatory framework, market access context, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Experience in medical strategy development, scientific communication, medical review, evidence generation, or clinical research projects.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the development and execution of the local medical strategy across solid tumor portfolio, focusing on melanoma and ocular oncology.
• Identify unmet medical needs, treatment trends and evidence gaps; translate insights into medical initiatives.
• Provide accurate, balanced scientific information and support development/review of materials.
• Support evidence-generation activities including real-world data, registries and publications.
• Build and maintain scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and networks in Switzerland.
• Organize scientific exchanges, advisory boards, and educational initiatives gathering actionable insights.
• Deliver medical training and updates to internal teams and support onboarding efforts.
• Monitor emerging evidence and congress highlights in the therapeutic area.
• Lead patient affairs initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Global Medical teams; report progress with KPIs.
