DeepJudge is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America, to own and evolve our field marketing strategy across the region. You will shape programs at conferences, executive events, partner activations, and customer programs, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B field marketing, owns programs end-to-end, and can drive pipeline through ABM, events, content, and digital activation.

• 5+ years in B2B field marketing.
• Experience owning field programs end-to-end.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships.
• Strong understanding of ABM, events, content and digital activation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evolve North America field marketing strategy.
• Lead conferences, executive experiences, customer programs and partner activations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with GTM priorities.
• Own end-to-end program delivery including budgets, vendors and timelines.
• Track ROIs and provide insights to optimize future programs.
