DeepJudge is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America to own and develop our field marketing strategy across the region. You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, shaping presence at conferences, customer programs, and partner activations.

You’ll manage programs from strategy to execution, aligning audiences, experiences, and channels with our growth plan and collaborating with product marketing, content, and growth teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing.
• Experience in legal tech is a strong plus.
• Owned field programs end‑to‑end and contributed to pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop target personas, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign planning.
• Evolve North American field strategy and program calendar aligned with GTM priorities.
• Partner with Sales to translate regional priorities into field programs.
• Lead presence at conferences from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Create integrated programs connecting field activities with content, digital activation, and sales outreach.
• Develop DeepJudge-hosted experiences (executive dinners, roundtables, workshops).
• Build account-based programs for priority firms and buyers committees.
• Involve customers in field strategy through speaking opportunities and advocacy.
• Collaborate with partners on joint events and programs.
• Own end‑to‑end program delivery including budgets, vendors, and timelines.
• Develop repeatable formats and playbooks for scaling field programs.
