Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Electrical Engineer, Field Engineering, to lead design, installation and commissioning for our data centers in Switzerland. Qualifikationen

• Business-level fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel between Data Center sites and internationally if required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with mission critical facilities engineering including data centers, power and cooling.

Aufgaben

• Review design and equipment submittals for new Data Centers in your region.
• Troubleshoot and conduct RCA, documenting corrective actions.
• Support operational issues with ad-hoc training and SOP reviews.
• Own conceptual design for upgrades to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Interface with data center operations, design engineering, server hardware, and safety teams.
• Lead audits and on-site visits; produce risk reports with mitigations.
• Act as resident engineer during construction, support turnover.
