UCB is seeking a Projects Design & Delivery Lead to connect global engineering portfolios with local site priorities at the Bulle, Fribourg, Switzerland campus. You will lead FEED activities, coordinating resources across portfolios to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering and proven ability to manage complex projects in regulated environments, with strong stakeholder engagement in both French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering engineering projects from concept development through execution and handover.
• Experience in regulated industrial environments with safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate teams and resources without direct hierarchical authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead Front End Engineering Design activities from concept through handover.
• Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and align stakeholders.
• Manage engineering resource prioritization across portfolios and site priorities.
• Represent portfolio leaders locally and provide insight on risks, capacity, and readiness.
• Promote engineering standards, capability development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
